Atlanta Dekalb Carnival Establishes It’s Spot on the ‘Must Visit’ Carnival List

The Caribbean community put on a spectacular show at the Atlanta Dekalb Carnival which took place on Memorial Day Weekend in Atlanta, Georgia. After months of preparation and hard-work, band-leaders were able to display their impressive costumes to the masses. And the masqueraders were able to enjoy the costumes with all the revelry, light-heartedness and joy that is the spirit of Carnival. It was a brilliant display of Caribbean culture that culminated with a show at the ‘Carnival Village,’ that included performances by artistes such as Empress Natty, Patrice Roberts and Ricardo Dru to name a few.
