The Flavours of Grenada® is a movement that promotes sustainable agriculture, healthy eating and culinary tourism in Grenada through the creation of authentic gastronomic experiences that enthuse locals and tourists alike.
The brain child of Chef Belinda Bishop, a Grenadian chef and master trainer, Flavours of Grenada® creates avenues that hone the culinary techniques of budding and established chefs and mixologists, all the whilst celebrating the importance of the farm to fork experience.

The Virtual Mixology & Culinary Competition
FLAVOURS OF GRENADA is the vision of Chef Belinda who created a space and platform to showcase the food and flavours of the Caribbean especially Grenada. In the competition, the goal is to highlight m the assortment of spices, music, art, and culture to the amazing produce of the mineral-rich soil and fertile island. This six (6) week event elevates the craft of bartending to new levels by providing a national platform for Mixologists to highlight their skills and creativity.
