2018 Here We Come!! Happy New Year from 2BKaribbean
According to the Gregorian calendar, we have hit a new year!! Can you believe it?
Happy New Year to you. Hopefully the holiday season was one of simultaneous rest and celebration. And now, you are are armed with laser focus, clearly defined goals and the joy and energy to embrace all that 2018 has to offer.
2017 definitely flew by for us , but, it was a great year for the team. Lots of impactful things happened and lots of necessary lessons were learnt. But one thing remained consistent; the passion continued to burn to keep creating platforms to showcase Caribbean music, arts and culture. In 2017, we strategically focused more strongly on cultural events. The goal was to find ways to ensure that each event we supported had a strong business structure, strong message and promotions campaign and that they left a strong impact on its attendees. For the most part, we reached our goal. Some of our more memorable events for the year include; ‘We Sharing P.I.E. (Politics, Immigration, Economics) Forum, ‘ Thirty Under Thirty Awards Ceremony for Caribbean American Heritage Month’, ‘Wednesday Wind Down for Authentic Caribbean 107.5/97.5 FM,’ ‘Men Who Think They Could Cook-Cooking Series,’ ‘A.C.E. Media Launch and ‘Scrunter in Atlanta’ to name a few. We did all this by while sticking to our core competency of promoting new music from Caribbean artistes. Thanks to your continued support and engagement, the vision for this brand keeps growing and getting stronger every year.
2018 is a year that we anticipate even more growth. Our two loves of Caribbean culture and marketing have walked down the aisle together and what’s coming up is going to be the 2BKaribbean version of happily ever after.
